I grew up in Peshawar and am currently based in Cincinnati, Ohio, where I support insurance clients across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. I have three years of experience in the insurance industry, working as a Client Specialist with a strong focus on auto insurance and homeowners insurance requoting. My day to day work involves reviewing existing policies, identifying opportunities for better coverage or savings, and helping clients confidently rewrite and bind their auto or home insurance. I enjoy the fast paced, detail oriented nature of this work and the satisfaction that comes from delivering real value in a short amount of time.

I particularly enjoy working with senior clients. Their life experience, storytelling, and traditional approach to communication deserve time and respect. I believe that strong customer satisfaction comes from thoughtful conversations, not rushed calls, especially when helping seniors understand their coverage options and make informed insurance decisions.

What motivates me most is the ability to help people solve problems. My sense of fulfillment comes from meaningful work, positive feedback from clients, and recognition from colleagues. Assisting someone through an auto or home insurance rewrite is one of the most rewarding parts of my role, and the energetic pace of my working environment keeps me engaged and focused every day.

Outside of work, you will usually find me at the cinema, out on a 10 kilometer morning run, or spending time with my wife as she shops around town. Running plays a big role in my routine and helps me stay disciplined, focused, and balanced.

I am also involved in a local running club and regularly participate in charity fundraising efforts, combining fitness with community support and giving back to causes that matter.
