I grew up in Fairfield, Ohio and am based in Cincinnati today, where I work with individuals, families, and small businesses throughout Cincinnati and surrounding communities across Ohio. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cincinnati, which gave me a strong foundation in financial planning, risk analysis, and problem solving that I now apply daily when helping clients make informed insurance decisions.

I have been working in the insurance industry for nearly three years, with experience across personal lines, commercial insurance, and workers compensation. Working across multiple areas of insurance allows me to take a more complete view of coverage, helping clients understand how different policies fit together and where gaps may exist. My focus is always on practical protection that aligns with real life needs, not just checking boxes on a policy.

What excites me most about my work is helping families and small businesses feel confident and secure in their coverage. Insurance can feel overwhelming, and I take pride in simplifying complex topics so clients can make clear, confident decisions. I regularly work with families and business owners who want reliable protection for their vehicles, operations, and employees, and I enjoy being a steady resource they can trust.

I have completed multiple internal knowledge level certifications that demonstrate a strong understanding of insurance products, carrier processes, and customer support best practices. Ongoing training is important to me because it allows me to stay current in a constantly changing industry and provide accurate, dependable guidance.

What I enjoy most about my job is helping clients resolve issues and truly understand their coverage, especially when I can turn a stressful situation into a reassuring experience. Being part of the Cincinnati community means building long term relationships and showing up consistently for the people I serve.

Outside of work, you will usually find me spending time with friends or exploring new food spots around the area. Clients are often surprised to learn that I enjoy witty banter, have a natural knack for problem solving, and never say no to a good cup of coffee on the weekend.
